It was with the announcement of their 10th anniversary that Kaapeh, a well-known neighbourhood café in Sherbrooke, decided to update his brand image. Moving to their new address, the owners have taken care to pack their boxes with the controlled eclecticism and abundance of colours that have always made this a warm venue where you can feel the Mexican origins. Complementing the artistic atmosphere and the barista's expertise, another dimension has been introduced: the art of roasting. It is now a brand with a new mission and an innovative positioning that is entering the specialty coffee market!

SOLUTION

The friendly and convivial Kaapeh, whose Mexican and Quebec roots intertwine, is defined by a multitude of aspects. We recognize it not only by its folklore, warmth, diversity and authenticity, but also by its traditions, lightness, wisdom, sense of community, complexity and craftsmanship. Important vestiges of the last 10 years remain, such as the sincere and warm welcome, but a breath of fresh air has made it possible to add distinctive bags of grains with indisputable environmental standards to the shelves. The new brand, seamlessly integrated into this atypical place, naturally brings warmth and value to the memorable Kaapeh!
